EBRPSS Names 2017 Students of the Year

The East Baton Rouge Parish School System announced  on January 31, 2017, students selected to participate in the regional Students of the Year Competition.  

The Students of the Year award program is designed to recognize outstanding elementary, middle and high school students. This program is an opportunity to recognize students from each parish who have demonstrated excellent academic achievement, leadership ability, and citizenship.

The three EBRPSS students are Fuller Stevens, elementary level; Gwen Roland, middle school level; and Sarah Procopio, high school level.

Parish winners will participate in the regional competition according to grade level.

In addition to the district winners, other students named as Student of the Year semi-finalsts included::
